5. Free Trial
ForceCanvas offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
6. Payment Terms
ForceCanvas uses Stripe to process payments securely. Subscription fees are billed annually according to the plan selected during signup or account upgrade. Enterprise fees may be determined by separate agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Galileon Arc retains all intellectual property rights to the Service, including software, content, trademarks, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.
8. Data Privacy and Security
ForceCanvas uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. We may also use third-party analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) and error reporting services. Personal data such as name, email, role, organization (optional), and usage data may be collected. Payment information is securely handled by Stripe and is not stored directly by ForceCanvas.
9. Limitation of Liability
Galileon Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Galileon Arc shall not be responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in outputs provided by the Service. ForceCanvas does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any outputs, and you agree to validate all outputs independently.
10. Changes to Terms
Galileon Arc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
Galileon Arc reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Galileon Arc operates.
